Shipping policy

At MyKvitka, we strive to deliver your handmade pieces with care and efficiency.

• Processing Time: Some pieces are made-to-order and may take additional time to prepare, while in-stock items will be shipped promptly. Please allow up to one week for your order to be ready for shipping.

• Shipping Availability: At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not yet available, but we are working on it! :)

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor its journey.

• Responsibility for Lost Mail: Although we pour our heart and soul into each MyKvitka creation, we are not responsible for lost mail. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to reach out.
